Recommended every 5 years, this service can improve the performance and maintain the long life of your Aerus product. Plus, your local franchise may guarantee for one year - if a problem arises that should have been caught by the inspection, it will be repaired for free!
Polisher/Shampooer
17-Point Preventative Maintenance Program
This program entails inspection and, if necessary, repair of any Aerus polisher/shampooer.
1. A Continuity Test is performed before servicing
Motor Inspection
2. Inspection of armature for carbon brush movement
3. Inspection of carbon brushes
4. Run-in procedure performed
5. Inspection of gear cover and gasket
6. Inspection for any presence of foreign material
7. Motor suspension test performed
Handle Assembly Inspection
8. Inspection of cord for wear and safety, clean cord
9. Inspection of handle latch and latch spring
10. Inspection of handle locks and cord holder for proper operation
Base Assembly Inspection
11. Inspection of belt
12. Inspection of on/off switch and switch drive
13. Inspection of pulley and idler pulley
