Recommended every 5 years, this service can improve the performance and maintain the long life of your Aerus product. Plus, your local franchise may guarantee for one year - if a problem arises that should have been caught by the inspection, it will be repaired for free!
Complete Canister & Power Nozzle
24-Point Preventative Maintenance Program
This program entails inspection and, if necessary, repair of any Aerus canister vacuum and power nozzle.
1. A Continuity Test is performed before servicing
Motor Inspection
2. Disassembly of motor and cleaning of all component parts
3. Inspection of the fans
4. Inspection of bearings
5. Inspection of armature for wear
6. Inspection of carbon brushes, run-in procedure performed
7. Operational and electrical safety tests performed
Cordwinder Inspection
8. Mechanical operation checked
9. Inspection of spring assembly
10. Inspection of plug, clean cord and cordwinder contacts
